Netnografi: Perspektif Netizen Terhadap Kenaikan Tarif PPN 11%

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine netizens' perceptions the 11% increase in VAT rate. Methodology/Approach: researcher uses a qualitative approach using netnographic method because it is relevant discussion netizen responses originating from social media. Research data collection used observation and documentation on twitter account (#PPNNAIK) with NCapture for Nvivo application, then analyzed analysis NVivo R1 software. Findings: results state that there are pros cons related policy must be understood broadly fundamentally so wiser react does not cause speculation community. Those who against say an along prices other necessities amid COVID-19 pandemic inappropriate will burden people meeting their daily needs. Meanwhile, those pro argue goods/services subject basic needs community, such as rice, sugar, like, which consumed by lower middle class.
